Refund Policy

General Refund Rule

Fees once successfully paid are generally non-refundable except where a duplicate payment, technical failure or officially approved special case is verified by the college administration.

Duplicate Transactions

If money is debited more than once for the same fee entry, the student should immediately report the issue with transaction reference, date, amount and supporting screenshot or bank proof.

Failed but Debited Payments

Where payment is shown as failed or pending but the amount is debited, the student should wait for normal banking reconciliation time and then contact the college office if the status is not corrected.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds, if any, are processed only after verification of payment records.
• Processing time may depend on bank, gateway and internal approval workflow.
• The college may request additional documents before taking a refund decision.
