HISTORY

The Department of Economics isone of the aged Departments in The Pt. J.L.N. Govt. P.G. College Bemetara. TheUndergraduate programme was started in the year 1969-70. The Postgraduateprogramme was started in the year 1982.

The visionstatement of the Department of Economics is to provide quality education to allclasses of the society related to economical environment of area. We commit toprovide value based education to make the students competent, accountable andcivilized citizens. To continuously evaluate our performance against suitable benchmarks.

MISSON

To inculcate the interactive andlearner-centric teaching-learning methods for betterment of the students.
